In financial difficulties, the plant was sold to Peugeot in 1925, who then sold it to Rosengart.

Robert Bellanger changed careers, went to politics, and took care in particular of restoring the fort of Brégançon, vacation home of French presidents.

Document signed by one of the Bellanger brothers and Pierre Fenaille, racing driver.
