Your order

The customer can order on this website or send us an order using the contact form. An order confirmation is systematically sent.

As the documents you see are all original collectibles (we do not sell reproductions), the availability can be limited, and sometimes to only one piece. All orders have then to be confirmed depending on the availability. It can happen that another similar item will be proposed but you would be informed. If you would like the beneficiary's name (in the case of nominative certificates) or the signature(s) to be specifically identical to the image presented, please let us know when ordering.

The document which will be delivered will be, most of the time, with another serial number than the one presented on the website. It can be with a different number of coupons, but this does not change the value of the document. It will either be with a full sheet of coupons or just one or a few.

Abbreviations used to describe the condition of the documents (see "Product details/Condition" on the product page):

  • EF (Extremely Fine) = excellent condition
  • EF/VF = very good condition but with a few flaws like folds or small tears
  • VF (Very Fine) = good condition but with a flaws like folds or tears, sometimes repaired
  • F (Fine) = medium condition with folds marks

In spite of the care we dedicated to this website, errors can occur about the documents shown.


Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. Prices are set according to the rarity of the document, known quantities or in stock.

The price displayed is valid on the day of the customer's order.

Numistoria is subject to the VAT regime on the margin in accordance with article 297A of the CGI and community directive 2006/112/EC.

The prices of products shipped outside the European Union are sold excluding any customs duties in the buyer's country, to be paid by the buyer.


Authentication

As we have been the leading French scripophily specialist for 40 years, we are able to provide Numistoria Certificate of Authentication for delivered items on request (fee occurs).


Delivery

We deliver worldwide.

Your order is shipped upon receipt of payment, provided that the products are in stock.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Orders are sent in envelopes with cardboard backs in order to best protect these sometimes centenary documents. We sometimes have to fold documents due to their large size.

Orders are shipped according to the delivery method chosen and the amount of the order: by Post in Priority Letter (tracked shipment) or by Registered for higher order amounts, or even optionally in Chronopost/DHL.

For any other delivery method (specific carrier, hand delivery to our premises), do not hesitate to contact us using the contact form.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an e-mail informing him of the departure of his order. The customer can consult the tracking number provided by La Poste in his account.


Payment

We accept following means of payment:

  • CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD. Your credit card will be charged just before the shipment.
  • Bank transfer
  • Check : only for order from FRANCE.

The customer guarantees Numistoria that he has all the authorizations to use the chosen means of payment.

The bank card or bank account is only debited after preparation of the order, in order to ensure that the documents ordered are all available.

A payment is possible by Paypal on request via the contact form. Charges may however be added (4 to 5% depending on the destination and amount).

For orders by mail, telephone or via the contact form, payment by bank transfer or check for France will be required. No order is dispatched before reception of your payment.


Returns and replacement

You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of your order to notify us of your return request and the reason for this return. To do this, please contact us at the address indicated on the invoice.

The documents must be returned in a comparable package with tracked delivery. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the documents are received, the reimbursement will be send by bank transfer after sending a Bank Identity Statement on behalf of the client.
