Important official certificate issued "In the Name of the King" during the First Bourbon Restoration and signed in the name of Charles-Philippe de France, then Colonel General of the National Guards of the Kingdom and brother of King Louis XVIII.
This document grants the Decoration of the Fleur-de-Lys to Cimonnet (Militia), born in Clermont in Auvergne, serving as a second lieutenant and secretary of the disciplinary council of the 11th Legion of the National Guard.
