Document signed by Bernard Natan (born Natan Tannenzapf), Franco-Romanian producer from the 1920s and 1930s. Natan founded the Rapid Film company to develop films. The head office is located 6 rue Francoeur, Paris. In 1929, he joined forces with Paul Thomas to buy the Pathé company. He merged Rapid Films with Pathé and renamed the company Pathé-Natan. In 1935, Pathé went bankrupt and Natan was accused of fraud against a background of anti-Semitism.
