Head office: Boulevard des Italians, Paris.

The Pathé company was founded by Charles and Emile Pathé in 1896. Émile Pathé took charge of the company's phonographic operations while his brothers Charles devoted himself to cinema.

This share is signed by Bernard Natan (born Natan Tannenzapf), Franco-Romanian producer from the 1920s-1930s. Natan founded the Rapid Film company in 1910, to develop films. The head office is located at 6 rue Francoeur, Paris.

In 1929, he joined forces with Paul Thomas to buy the Pathé company. He merged Rapid Films and Pathé and renamed the company Pathé-Natan. In 1935, Pathé went bankrupt and Natan was accused of fraud against a backdrop of anti-Semitism.
