The company's object was, in particular, the extraction and trade of gold in the district of Caratal, the richest gold region of Venezuela, on concessions of 655 hectares.

In 1928, it acquired the La Chara concession, which covers 2,500 hectares. In 1931, the New Callao Gold Mining Company entered the capital. The company is also in contact with the Compagnie Equatoriale de Mines.

The company was canceled in 1982.
