The purpose of the company was to manufacture and sell all the devices and accessories necessary for the natural color cinematography industry. The capital was 5 million francs, in shares of 100 francs, of which 25,000 were attributed in representation of contributions to the Société Cinéchromographique and 1,000 to the Compagnie Internationale Trichromia.
