This loan of 25 million francs (50,000 bonds issued) was intended for the establishment of a railway line between Kaïfong-Fou and Honan-Fou, towns in the province of Honan.
With the signature of a representative of the General Company of Railways and Tramways in China, and the Minsiter Plenipotentiary of China in Brussels. Extract of the contract made in Shanghai in 1903 on the back of the title.
