Excerpt from the statutes on the back:

The purpose of the Company was to develop part of the Etang de Bolmon and its banks, and the part of the language called "LE JAY" separating the Etang de Bolmon from the Etang de Berre and the banks of this part. JAY on each pond, as well as other neighboring land, all with a capacity of 1300 hectares belonging to the company called "Société du Center Industriel et Maritime de Bolmon", located in the cities of Châteauneuf-les-Martigues, Marignane and Carry-le-Rouet in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône.

Head office in Paris, 45 rue de Maubeuge.

The Société Immobilière de l'Etang de Bolmon et du Jay, which in 1929 owned half of the Etang de Bolmon, formed the Syndicat de l'Etang de Berre et du Jay, whose purpose was to purchase 920 shares and of the 276 founders' shares which were to form the capital of this company. The syndicate then managed the assets of the former real estate company. Mr. Hersent was on the board of directors.

The Etang de Bolmon is located between the Nerthe massif and the Etang de Berre, from which it is separated by the sandy coastal strip of Jaï.

Small issue of 1000 ordinary shares out of the 1300 shares of 500 francs issued.
