The Etang de Berre is a 15,500 ha body of water, the largest salt pond in Europe.

The purpose of the association was to obtain a declaration of public utility for the establishment of a port or free zone at the pond, to obtain authorization to deepen the Canal of Caronte, to create a port there, etc.

Only 5000 shares issued.
