Opened in 1900, Golf Bordelais is one of the five oldest golf courses in France. The land on which the course is located was not predestined to become a golf course. Indeed after having been a bivouac of the Napoleonic armies, a shooting range in 1870 then the favorite hunting ground of the Knight of Kater, from the name of the estate, the 20 hectares of the Lande du Pezou will be transformed into a 9-hole golf course.
