This certificate is issued by me to attest that,
on the basis of the presentation of his merits and talents,
on 25 February of the year 1814,
in the region of the Wachtmeisterie and at the request
of Her Excellency the Countess Mniszech,

it is acknowledged that
the actual State Councillor, senator
and knight of several orders,
knight of the Order of Saint Catherine, first class,

as well as the archimandrite and librarian in charge of the spiritual affairs
of Her Excellency in the locality of Vishnevets,
are duly attested.

In confirmation of the foregoing,
this certificate has been issued with my signature
and bearing the seal of my arms.
