With only 100 possible shareholders, it was an extremely closed circle of investors. The company's registered office at 6 bis Impasse Sandrié in Paris corresponds to an address on the Right Bank (most likely in the 9th arrondissement, the theatre district). This bearer share N°55, issued on 30 December 1930 and signed by the Sole Administrator, bears the stamp "Titres Français Abonnement 75" (a flat-rate tax device).
