Mortgage Bond of 500 francs to bearer (Lettre de gage) issued in Belgrade in 1910 by the Ouprova Fondova.

The Ouprava Fondova was an institution created in 1898 without share capital, to manage all state funds, capital of districts and departments, churches and monasteries, etc. It could issue letters of pledge, subject to ministerial authorization, all its commitments being guaranteed by the Serbian state.

An agreement was reached following a judgment by the Permanent Court of International Justice. This is a compromise between the government of the French Republic and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes following the dispute of the holders of Serbian loans from 1895 to 1911 to know on what monetary bases the payment of the coupons should be made. .
