The object of the company was the acquisition and exploitation of 10 lots of oil lands with a total area of 270 acres in the Maikop Basin (Caucasus), which were transferred to the Company by the Spies Petroleum Company Limited.

The company had as administrators: MM. J.A. Bryce, G. Grinell-Milne, C.J. Palmer, M.A. Maresch, E. Schaefer.
