Russian public limited company founded in 1912, having for object the construction and the exploitation of a railway line with normal gauge of general interest, connecting the station of Tuapse, of the railway of Armavir-Touapsé, passing by the city from Sukhum, to the Transcaucasus Railways, at the crossing point Kvaloni.
