This Parisian company founded by the Société de l'Hôtel Régina had its head office at 50 bis rue Pierre Charron in Paris. The Régina-Biarritz is a superb hotel located on avenue de l'Impératrice in Biarritz, near the Biarritz lighthouse.

The building was built in 1906 by the architect Henri Martinet, a specialist in the construction of hotels, casinos and thermal establishments in France and abroad. The hotel was extended in 1926 with an Art Deco glass roof.

It was completely renovated in 1952 following the damage caused by the World War, then again in 1987 when the Royal Monceau company bought it before reselling it in 1998 to the Accor group.

In 2013, the Néris group bought the hotel and undertook a renovation in tribute to the 1920s.
