The purpose of the company was to research, acquire by way of concession or otherwise, develop and exploit mines and mineral deposits in the village of Bong-Miû, hûyen de Hadong, province of Quang-Nam (Annam ) and in the contiguous villages, and generally the exploitation of all the other mines of which the company could become owner in the said province of Quang-Nam, as well as all commercial operations connected with the said exploitations.
