Subsidiary of the Société Industrielle d'Exportation en Extrême-Orient (SINDEX) for the sale of TSF reception stations in Indochina. The transmitters are manufactured in Asnières by Etablissements Kraemer.
SINDEX broadcasts under the name of Radio-Sindex. It will later change its name to become Radio-Haïphong. SINDEX, in financial difficulties, filed for bankruptcy in 1921.
