Extract from the statutes on the back of the title. The head office was located in Paris, 38 rue de la Chaussée d'Antin.

The purpose of the company was to build on land to be acquired in Tonkin and Annam, and to operate a wood sawmill and match factory (...).

The company was founded in 1905 in Hamrông by Anthyme Dupré (1865-1940 - had worked at the Bank of Indo-China). Dupré had created in 1900 the Cotton Company of Tonkin in Nam Đinh.
