Company founded in 1918 in Saigon by Rémy Gressier, rice farmer and Joseph Labbé (of Cochinchinese Electrical Energy and Manufactured Rubber), whose signature appears on the share, ant Ernest Outrey, Deputy for Cochinchina.

Plantations located 70 kilometers from Saigon. A capital increase took place in 1928.

To ensure the company a conversion of its activities outside Vietnam, the company participates with other plantations in the constitution of the African Company of Rubber Plantations, a company which has set itself the goal of creating 4,000 hectares of rubber trees in the Ivory Coast.

The head office was transferred to Abidjan in 1955 and the capital converted into CFA francs.
