Bearer share of 100 francs issued in 1924 in Paris (head office 11 Faubourg St-Honoré).

Signed by Germaine Patat, seamstress, who frequented Colette.

Georges Aubert (1869-1933), French industrialist and financier invested a large part of his fortune in the 1920s in Parisian haute couture. In 1924, he took over the administrative and financial management of the Germaine Patat house, then of Paul Poiret (which he closed in 1929), Maison Agnès, Georges Dœuillet and Doucet and of Drecoll & Beer. He was also the owner of the Paul Boulanger Distillery in Pantin.

On the board of directors, we also find Albert Oustric.
