Former Compagnie Française du Bas-Congo, the company took its new name in 1929. The company's purpose is the industrial cultivation (rubber, oil palms, tobacco, cocoa, coffee) of properties in the regions of Alima, of Likouala and Mossaka, trafficking (sale of imported articles and purchases of local products, particularly ivory and skins), the installation of counters and factories in the same regions and in other government possessions general, the commercial management of the whole.
