3,000 founder's shares were allocated in compensation for contributions to Mr. Jean Peyrou, industrialist, in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Seine), 31 bis, rue de Longchamp. The latter composed the first board of directors, with MM. Lucien Vautier, engineer in Paris, and Lucien Mondollot, Parisian industrialist.
