Rare: very small issue of only 600 shares in the company's capital. Velodrome located on Boulevard Saint-Maurice created in 1894. It had a track measuring 333m33 and 9 meters wide. Its stands could accommodate 2000 people. It also had a bar and a restaurant.
Board of directors: Henri Desgrange, sports director (and cyclist), Clovis Clerc (signature on the title).
