The purpose of the company was in particular:

- The construction and installation of tram lines, railway lines with electric or other traction, or any other means of transport used for public transport - Participation in the capital of tram and railway companies

- The construction and installation of power transmission and energy distribution, the supply of energy for electric lighting and motive power
