The company, founded in commandite by the Marquis de Preaulx and Comte de Boissy, was intended to operate pit coal, iron, schistus and other minerals.

The holder was entitled to one four thousandth in the properties and rights of the company and to the dividends resulting therefrom.

This large format action (33x26 cm) from the early 19th century was printed on very fine paper, and is in excellent condition.

Superb decorated frieze and illustrated vignettes of the mine.
