Dive into the industrial history of Imperial Russia with this splendid share of the Putilov Works, one of the largest metallurgical and armaments complexes in the Russian Empire, founded in Saint Petersburg in 1801 and nationalized after the 1917 Revolution. The Putilov Works supplied cannons, locomotives, ships and railway equipment to the Russian crown throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries, playing a key role in the country's industrialization.

This certificate represents TEN SHARES of ONE HUNDRED ROUBLES each, i.e. a 1,000-rouble denomination, issued as the 5th issue, dated Saint Petersburg 1912. Bilingual Russian/French text, numbered No. 248041 to No. 248050. Share capital stated: 25,000,000 roubles. A very beautiful pink ornamental vignette, signatures of the Chairman of the Board, the Directors, the Accountant, and the Cashier. Fiscal stamps and original seals clearly visible.
