Petroleum company incorporated in 1911 with a capital of 1 million francs, whose head office was located in Paris, 59 rue de Chateaudun.

Its purpose was the negotiation of oil royalties in Galicia, and the purchase of a concession in Romania. The company had wells in Galicia (Russia) and Romanian deposits near Romana Americana and Steaua Romana.

A company of the same name exists today, domiciled in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer.
