Russian joint-stock company incorporated in 1886, with the object of developing, in the governments of Ekaterinoslaw and Kherson, the metallurgical, mechanical and naval industry; the construction and operation of factories and mechanical workshops; the operation of mines and the sale of the products of these establishments.
