The company's project was to develop a tourist complex on the Tombelaine rock, near Mont-Saint-Michel. But this ambitious project was never implemented due to lack of financial means and due to the economic crisis of 1929. The stock therefore has all its coupons since no dividend was ever distributed to its shareholders.
