After opening a first car garage in Saint-Nazaire, Paul Minot had a second one built in La Baule in 1922. In 1927, Minot asked the Baulois architect Paul-Henri Datessen to redo the facade of his garage. The latter offers him a "colonial art deco" facade with a flying wheel motif in the pediment.

This construction takes place at the same time as the Citroën concession designed by the Parisian architect Georges Wybo on behalf of François André at 123 of the same avenue.

Minot will successively hold the signs "Citroën" then "Delage". Today destroyed, the garage gave way to an apartment building.
