The Société Anonyme Française pour le Nettoyage "Le Vide" et toutes Applications Industrielles du Vide, with a share capital of 250,000 francs divided into 2,500 shares of 100 francs each, was a pioneering company in the industrial exploitation of pneumatic vacuum — applied notably to the cleaning of bourgeois apartments and public buildings, but also to various industrial processes. Head office in Paris, articles of association filed with Maître Bochelin, notary in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre.

This Bearer Founder's Share, created under article 6 of the articles of association, bears number 01 491 and is dated 6 January 1908 in Paris. The typically Belle Époque blue design features a refined floral border, a central vignette with an emblematic figure, and a stylized title. "Le Vide" watermark visible when held to the light. Original signatures of Jacques May and another director. Printed by Imprimerie du Globe in Paris. A very decorative document, representative of the technological optimism of the Belle Époque, sought after by enthusiasts of innovative industrial scripophily.
