The purpose of this Society was the milk industry, the improvement of the dairy industry, various scientific experiments, sterilization, pasteurization, the manufacture, preservation, reconstitution, sale and purchase of milk, butter , cheeses and their products in their various forms, excluding casein, lactose, milk powders, milk residues and whey or using them.
