The administrative headquarters of the company were located at 20 rue de la Baume, Paris.

The purpose of the company was general trade in the colonies, import. and export. It exported cocoa and palm oil, and imported all items for European and indigenous customers, especially: fabrics, clothing, footwear, food, wine and various drinks, hardware, building materials, phonographs, knick-knacks, perfumery, luxury items, etc.

The company had counters in Cameroon (Douala), in A.E.F (Pointe-Noire) and in the Belgian Congo (Léopoldville).
