This company had for object the exploitation of metallic mines and mainly the exploitation of copper and other metals deposits, in Chile, but also the treatment and the trade of ores, the construction or rental of any factory necessary for the exploitation of mines, obtaining mining concessions (around 40).

The company was founded by Comte Hubert Delamarre, Officer of the Legion of Honor residing in Paris and Mr. Bernard de Saint-Seine, residing in Paris, acting as agent for Mr. Daniel Charlin, residing in Santiago and owner of mines. Was also appointed as administrator Mr. Schiattino. The concessions were located in the Province of Chocalan, department of Melipilla.
