Loan of 84 million francs created under Law No. 472 of April 27, 1905 on the back of the title authorizing the issue of the loan signed by the Governor of the State of the Amazon, Antonio Constantino (Antoine-Constantin) Nery. Excerpt from the law on the back of the bond.

This loan constituted a direct commitment of the State of the Amazon and was guaranteed by all its resources, including the the tax on rubber, the proceeds from leasing or the operation of trams and light electricity from the City of Manaus. On the back of the document: extract from the collection of Laws, Law n°419 of September 9, 1903 creating the tax on rubber and elastic gum which enters the market from the State.
