Founder's share issued in Paris in 1880, giving the right to one thousandth of the benefits granted to the founder.
Company incorporated in 1867. Head office in 1881 rue J.J Rousseau, then in 1886, 15 rue de la Chaussée d'Antin and 40 boulevard Haussmann.
In 1881, president: M. Ozenne, vice-president M. Mainfroy, administrators: M. Baudrais, F. de Biancone (signatures on the title).
The bank owned the newspaper Le Financier des Communes.
Beautiful decor signed A. Renard evoking agriculture and industry.
VF/EF condition: small tear repaired with adhesive on a left edge and small tear at the fold of the coupons.
