Head office at the Municipal Casino of Nice, Place Masséna.

The company was founded in 1902. Its purpose was the operation of the Municipal Casino of the City of Nice and its annexes by the concessionary company, Armand et Cie.

The Banque Populaire and the Cie des Chemins de Fer départementaux invested in the casino with Armand et Cie.

The company was directed by P. Ducis, (signature on the share), V. du Saulchoy, J. Archiprêtre, V. Durand, J.-G. Galles and G. Verneuil.
