This Belgian company founded in 1908 in Brussels operated a 72 kilometer long steam tramway line in Algeria between Oran and Hammam Bou Hadjar from 1911. The line was closed in 1949. The concession had initially been granted to Léon Jouane. The railway was nicknamed the "Bou You You".
