Marcel Mortas & Co" and decorative side inscriptions "Champagne". Elegant design, grey-black border with guilloché motifs, watermarked paper. Original signatures of the two directors. Mention "Bearer Share of Five Hundred Francs — Fully Paid Up". Printed by Crabbe in Châlons (?) [to be verified]. Apparent condition: very good, firm paper, well-preserved inks.
