The object of the company was the exploitation of the movable and immovable assets of the Compagnie Immobilière de Paris and the Compagnie des Ports de Marseille, the acquisition of the land and buildings necessary for the drilling of the rue Impériale de Marseille as well as as well as the acquisition of all land and buildings in the Catalans district.
