Founder Share issued in Paris in 1907.
The company, founded in 1907 by engineer Paul Salomon, aimed to exploit the sound recording processes designed by him.
The company went bankrupt in 1909 and its assets and debts were taken over by another company: "Association Phonique des Grands Artistes", belonging to the same engineer.
The title is decorated by Paul Poncet, sculptor, born in Voiron - near Grenoble - in 1899, member of the "Salon des Artistes Français", during which he exhibited his works and won medals and decorations.
