The company operated mining concessions in the Russian Caucasus at the dawn of the 20th century, a period of intense penetration of French capital into Tsarist Russia. Brown-orange border with neo-Renaissance motifs, double-headed eagle coat of arms recalling the Russo-Caucasian identity. Original signatures of the directors. The piece retains a large sheet of attached coupons (29 visible, numbered). Apparent condition: very good, inks and paper well preserved, light archive folds, no visible loss. A historically very significant document: it bears witness to the famous "Russian loans" and French investments in the Caucasus mines before the 1917 Revolution.
