Holders of this Certificate will be entitled as from July 1st, 1926, to receive out of the profits of this Company, of each year, rateably in proportion to the nominal amounts of the Certificates held by them respectively, the same shares of such profits as if they were the holder of 190,000 ''A'' shares of 5/- etc...
