Beautiful illustration.

Anthracite mines were exploited from 1799 on the municipal territory of Régny in the French department of Loire.

The extraction industrialized around 1818, the mines gradually declined from 1860 and the last well closed in 1905.

The Anthracite Mines Company was liquidated in 1904 (hence the presence of all coupons)

The Conté pencil factory was also located in the region.
