Signed by its founder E. Heurtebise. From the end of the 1870s, E. Heuretbise made its lifts safer by applying safety devices with double rods and safety brakes. He installs luxurious and comfortable "living room elevators" in hotels and casinos in Nice or Cannes. He exhibited them during the Universal Exhibitions.

The company in financial difficulties will go bankrupt in 1886.
