Company founded in 1920, whose head office was located at 29 rue de Clichy in Paris.

The purpose of the company was the exploitation of oil palm, export and import (food, fabrics, hardware, oilseeds, cocoa, wood and cotton). The General Government of French West Africa had granted the company a concession for a 300-hectare palm grove located in Abra (Cercle des Lagunes via Alépé) in Côte d'Ivoire.

The company had counters in Grand-Bassam, Bouaké and Abidjan.
