The company founded in 1928 was aimed at the exploitation of metal and mineral deposits and more particularly gold deposits located in the Atlin district in British Columbia.

Mr. Henry Maluin in Atlin held 9,500 shares of the capital, and Mr. René Seban in Paris received 12,000 founder shares.
