Etablissements Mestre & Blatgé, founded in 1907, were large general supply stores for automobiles and cycles, located at 46 avenue de la Grande-Armée and rue Brunel in Paris. The stores sold mirrors, chassis, radiators... but also articles of household appliances, electricity...

The purpose of the company was the manufacture and trade of automobiles, cycles and their accessories, etc. Factories in Courbevoie. Agencies in Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nancy, and Nantes.

The Board of Directors consisted of E. Mestre, R. Mestre and M. Hebre. The share is signed by Mestre.

The company still had workshops in Persan in 1966.

The company created a Brazilian subsidiary (MESBLA) in 1908 to import rubber for tires.
